Pendahuluan

      Koperasi adalah Asosiasi orang orang yang bergabung dan melakukan usaha bersama atas dasar prinsip prinsip koperasi, sehingga mendapatkan manfaat yang lebih besar dengan biaya rendah melalui perusahaan yang dimiliki dan diawasi secara demokratis oleh anggotanya. Asosiasi berbeda dengan kelompok, asosiasi terdiri dari orang orang yang memiliki kepentingan yang sama, lazimnya yang menonjol adalah kepentingan ekonomi.
      Tujuan koperasi yaitu menjadikan kondisi sosial dan ekonomi anggotanya lebih baik dibanding sebelum bergabung dengan koperasi.

Pengertian Koperasi
Bagi Masyarakat Indonesia, Koperasi sudah tidak asing lagi, karena kita sudah merasakan jasa Koperasi dalam rangka keluar dari kesulitan hutang lintah darat. Secara harfiah Kpoerasi yang berasal dari bahasa Inggris Coperation terdiri dari dua suku kata :
- Co yang berarti bersama
- Operation = bekerja
Jadi koperasi berarti bekerja sama, sehingga setiap bentuk kerja sama dapat disebut koperasi.
Pengertian pengertian pokok tentang Koperasi :
1.    Merupakan perkumpulan orang orang termasuk badan hukum yang mempunyai kepentingan dan tujuan yang sama.
2.    Menggabungkan diri secara sukarela menjadi anggota dan mempunyai hak dan kewajiban yang sama sebagai pencerminan demokrasi dalam ekonomi.
3.    Kerugian dan keuntungan ditanggung dan dinikmati bersama secara adil.
4.    Pengawasan dilakukan oleh anggota.
5.    Mempunyai sifat saling tolong menolong.
6.    Membayar sejumlah uang sebagai simpanan pokok dan simpanan wajib sebagai syarat menjadi anggota.
Sebetulnya suatu definisi itu meskipun banyak persamaannya, tetapi orang banyak yang memberi tekanan pada salah satu unsurnya. Hal ini tergantung pada perbedaan segi pandangan palsafah hidup orang yang mengemukakan tentang Koperasi, sebagai pelengkap dari pengertian koperasi menurut UU No. 12/1967 (undang undang pertama mengenai Koperasi Indonesia)


 Landasan Koperasi Indonesia
Indonesia adalah negara hukum, di mana Dasar Negara Pancasila, UUD 1945, dan Garis-garis Besar Haluan Negara (GBHN) sebagai sumber hukum tertinggi yang ditetapkan oleh Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat sebagai penjelmaan azas demokrasi. Dalam seluruh sistem hukum di Indonesia, koperasi telah mendapatkan tempat yang pasti. Karena itu landasan hukum koperasi sangat kuat.
Landasan-landasan Koperasi Indonesia:
1. Landasan idiil koperasi Indonesia adalah Pancasila. Kelima sila dari Pancasila, yaitu: Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa, Perikemanusiaan , Kebangsaan, Kedaulatan Rakyat, dan Keadilan Sosial harus dijadikan dasar serta dilaksanakan dalam kehidupan koperasi, karena sila-sila tersebut memang menjadi sifat dan tujuan koperasi dan selamanya merupakan aspirasi anggota koperasi.
2. Landasan strukturil koperasi Indonesia adalah UUD 1945 dan landasan geraknya adalah pasal 33 ayat (1) UUD 1945 beserta penjelasannya.  Pasal 33 ayat (1) berbunyi: ” Perekonomian disusun sebagai usaha bersama berdasarkan atas azas kekeluargaan”. Dari rumusan tersebut pasal 33 tercantum dasar demokrasi ekonomi, produksi dikerjakan oleh semua untuk semua di bawah pimpinan atau pemilikan anggota-anggota masyarakat. Kemakmuran masyarakatlah yang diutamakan bukan kemakmuran orang seorang. Sebab itu, perekonomian disusun sebagai usaha bersama berdasarkan atas azas kekeluargaan.
3. Landasan mental koperasi Indonesia adalah setia kawan dan kesadaran berpribadi (rasa harga diri). Setia kawan telah ada dalam masyarakat Indonesia dan tampak keluar sebagai gotong-royong. Akan tetapi landasan setia kawan saja hanya dapat memelihara persekutuan dalam masyarakat yang statis, dan karenanya tidak dapat mendorong kemajuan. Kesadaran berpribadi, keinsyafan akan harga diri dan percaya pada diri sendiri adalah mutlak untuk menunaikan derajat kehidupan dan kemakmuran. Dalam koperasi harus tergabung kedua landasan mental tadi sebagai dua unsur yang dorong mendorong, hidup menghidupi, dan awas mengawasi.
Koperasi bukan hanya bertindak sebagai aparat yang membawakan perbaikan ekonomis, namun harus mampu merealisir watak sosialnya.
Fungsi dan Peran Koperasi
Menurut Undang-undang No. 25 tahun 1992 Pasal 4 dijelaskan bahwa fungsi dan peran koperasi sebagai berikut:
•    Membangun dan mengembangkan potensi dan kemampuan ekonomi anggota pada khususnya dan masyarakat pada umumnya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan sosialnya;
•    Berperan serta secara aktif dalam upaya mempertinggi kualitas kehidupan manusia dan masyarakat
•    Memperkokoh perekonomian rakyat sebagai dasar kekuatan dan ketahanan perekonomian nasional dengan koperasi sebagai soko-gurunya
•    Berusaha untuk mewujudkan dan mengembangkan perekonomian nasional, yang merupakan usaha bersama berdasarkan atas asas kekeluargaan dan demokrasi ekonomi
A. Fungsi Koperasi / Koprasi
1. Sebagai urat nadi kegiatan perekonomian indonesia
2. Sebagai upaya mendemokrasikan sosial ekonomi indonesia
3. Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga negara indonesia
4. Memperkokoh perekonomian rakyat indonesia dengan jalan pembinaan koperasi
B. Peran dan Tugas Koperasi / Koprasi
1. Meningkatkan tarah hidup sederhana masyarakat indonesia
2. Mengembangkan demokrasi ekonomi di indonesia
3. Mewujudkan pendapatan masyarakat yang adil dan merata dengan cara menyatukan, membina, dan mengembangkan setiap potensi yang ada

Jenis jenis koperasi
Jenis koperasi didasrkan pada kesamaan usaha atau kepentingan ekonomi anggotanya. Dasar untuk menentukan jenis koperasi adalah kesamaan aktivitas, kepentingan dan kebutuhan ekonomi anggotanya. Jenisnya adalah :
a.    Koperasi Produsen.
Koperasi produsen beranggotakan orang orang yang melakukan kegiatan produksi (produsen). Tujuannya adalah memberikan keuntungan yang sebesar besarnya bagi anggotanya dengan cara menekan biaya produksi serendah rendahnya dan menjual produk dengan harga setinggi tingginya. Untuk itu, pelayanan koperasi yang dapat digunakan oleh anggota adalah Pengadaan bahan baku dan Pemasaran produk anggotanya.
a.    Koperasi Konsumen
Koperasi konsumen beranggotakan orang orang yang melakukan kegiatan konsumsi. Tujuannya adalah memberikan keuntungan yang sebesar besarnya bagi anggotanya dengan cara mengadakan barang atau jasa yang murah, berkualitas, dan mudah didapat. Contoh :
- koperasi simpan pinjam
- koperasi serba usaha ( konsumen)

Hak dan Kewajiban Anggota Koperasi
Telah kita ketahui bersama bahwa setiap anggota mempunyai hak dan kewajiban yang sama terhadap koperasi sebagaimana diatur dalam anggaran dasar. Karenanya suatu Koperasi tidak dapat mencapai titik efektif jika tiap anggotanya tidak mampu memenuhi kewajibannya dan juga tak memperhatikan apa yang telah menjadi haknya, dan berikut ini ialah macam-macam dari Hak dan Anggota Koperasi.
a. Hak anggota
Adapun hak seorang anggota adalah sebagai berikut.
1) Menghadiri, berpendapat, dan memberikan suara dalam rapat anggota.
2) Memilih atau dipilih menjadi pengurus atau pengawas.
3) Memberikan pendapat atau saran kepada pengurus dan pengawas di luar rapat anggota.
4) Memanfaatkan koperasi dan mendapat pelayanan yang sama antar sesama anggota.
5) Mendapat keterangan mengenai perkembangan koperasi menurut ketentuan dalam anggaran dasar.
b. Kewajiban anggota
Kewajiban seorang anggota adalah sebagai berikut.
1) Memenuhi anggaran dasar dan anggaran rumah tangga serta keputusan yang telah disepakati.
2) Berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan usaha yang diselenggarakan.
3) Mengembangkan dan memelihara kebersamaan atas asas kekeluargaan.
Antara hak dan kewajiban hendaklah seimbang dan berjalan beriringan. Hal ini sesuai dengan status keanggotaannya yang telah diatur dan disepakati dalam anggaran dasar dan anggaran rumah tangga maupun peraturan khusus.

Kesimpulan
Koperasi merupakan perkumpulan orang orang termasuk badan hukum yang mempunyai kepentingan dan tujuan yang sama. Mereka menggabungkan diri secara sukarela menjadi anggota dan mempunyai hak dan kewajiban yang sama sebagai pencerminan demokrasi dalam ekonomi. Kerugian dan keuntungan ditanggung dan dinikmati bersama secara adil.Pengawasan dilakukan oleh anggota.Mempunyai sifat saling tolong menolong. Sebagai syarat untuk menjadi anggota koperasi adalah dengan membayar sejumlah uang sebagai simpanan pokok dan simpanan wajib.
Jenis koperasi ada 2 yaitu
1.    Koperasi produsen
2.    Koperasi konsumen

       Koperasi mempunyai fungsi sebagai urat nadi kegiatan perekonomian Indonesia, Sebagai upaya    mendemokrasikan sosial ekonomi Indonesia. Koperasi juga berperan meningkatkan taraf hidup sederhana masyarakat Indonesia,mengembangkan demokrasi ekonomi di Indonesia.

this is life, this has become a law of nature, the strong oppress the weak, the majority of the minority to corner. do not they realize if we are the same as born with naked and when we die just bandaged a shroud. to whether they were hurting each other? Is life only belongs to those who are the majority and the powerful? Only god who knows. how quiet this life if we cared about each other, why god created the good and the bad? Is this what makes someone a benchmark of faith? Then why can not we live together in harmony? If we still believe in the existence of god why do we still do evil, but still a lot of good things we can do. god gave us a conscience so that our fellow human beings have a bond for our fellow human beings do not hurt each other. God will be pleased if we love one another god even promising paradise to those who do good for others.
But why do we still hurt each other? Is not this life will be peaceful if we mutually do good to others??

Usually they recruit new members to approach religion or with the brainwashing, they usually target young people to become "brides" of suicide bombing. According to their teen's easy to be affected because their souls are still unstable. These terrorists are usually the name of religion in every action.

Clause which shows the contradiction between the two incidents or events that are related. They are usually created by using a conjunction (conjunctive) like although, though, even though, whereas, even if, in spite of, as the time, dll.
Ex:
•    As the time you were sleeping, we were working hard.
•    Mary wanted to stop, whereas I wanted to go on.
•    Although it is late, we'll stay a little longer.
•    He is very friendly, even if he is a clever student.
4. Clause of Manner
Clause which shows the cars how a job is done or event occurs. They are usually created by using a conjunction (conjunctive) like as, how, like, in that, dll.
Ex:
•    He did as I told him.
•    You may finish it how you like.
•    They may beat us again, like they did in 1978.
5. Clause of Purpose and Result
Clause which shows the relationship intent / objectives and results. They are usually created by using conjunctions like (in order) that, so that, in the hope that, to the end that, lest, in case, dll.
ex:
•    They went to the movie early (in order) to find the best seats.
•    She bought a book so (that) she could learn English
•    He is saving his money so that he may take a long vacation.
•    I am working night and day in the hope that I can finish this book soon.
6. Clause of Cause and Effec
Clause which shows the relationship of cause and effect. There are some patterns to form this kind Clause. Take a good look
Ex:
•    Ryan ran so fast that he broke the previous speed record.
•    It was so cold yesterday that I didn't want to swim.
•    The soup tastes so good that everyone will ask for more.
•    The student had behaved so badly that he was dismissed from the class.
ex:

first I did not think would go to senior high school 113, because from the beginning I had no desire to school there.
At first when I was in grade 1, I included a quiet person, I always come home on time.
But all that changed when I sat in class 2, I more often play than study, probably because of the influence of friends, but as time went on I started to discover "the beauty of the senior high school." there I began to know what a real friend.
A lot of ridiculous behavior that we do during school, ranging from reasonable to unreasonable it's known by my friends humorous spirit, and even had one when, at that time was no repetition of mathematics, instead of working on test questions, me and my friends actually fun to play game. there are many more other events, but I did not tell you here
 things that make me never forget the events in the senior high school, and if time could be repeated I want to go back in time again, time when I was still wearing the gray and white uniforms, a period where we are having fun with friends. but now it has become the past, a past that will never be forgotten, hopefully me and my friends will become a useful person for the nation and the State amin
you take pride for being yourself
The above statement may describe one of juvenile delinquency, but indeed this is the reality, take a positive discard the negative.
